PURPOSE:To reduce an operational force of a clutch lever, by providing between the clutch lever and a clutch a restriction and a check valve permitting fluid flow in only a direction to the clutch in parallel relation with each other. CONSTITUTION:A master cylinder 4 including a piston 7 operable by a clutch lever 6 is connected through a hydraulic circuit 11 to a cylinder 8 for operating a clutch 3. There are provided in the hydraulic circuit 11 an orifice 12 as a restriction and a plate valve 13 as a check valve in parallel relation with each other. The plate valve 13 closes a communication hole 17 on the clutch 3 side. With this arrangement, a damping force is generated only when a hydraulic fluid flows toward the clutch lever 6. Accordingly, even when the clutch 3 is gradually engaged, an operational force of the clutch lever 6 may be reduced to relieve an operator of heavy feeling.
