PURPOSE:To perform detection effectively when a force to a center axis is specially large by providing a detecting means which detects a force operating in the direction of the reference axis of a parallel flexible beam structure and the force operating in the direction of the center axis of the structure. CONSTITUTION:Tensile strains generated in Z-axial directions of thin parts 3f and 3f' are detected by strain gauges 13AFZ and 13BFZ and compressive deformation perpendicular to them is detected by strain gauges 12AFZ and 12BFZ; and those four strain gauges constitute an electric bridge. A table 1 shows tensile strains of the strain gauges by '+' and compressive strains by '-'when respectively loads are placed on the upper part of a block 1 in directions shown in a figure while the lower end is fixed. The strains of the strain gauges obtained as mentioned above are led out as electric signal by using a proper bridge circuit.
