PURPOSE:To make it possible to mold a bottle pack with a bottle-opening knob at one operation, by forming a shape corresponding to the bottle-opening knob at the part where the stopper-opening part of the bottle pack is to be molded and by forming projections corresponding to a V-letter shaped groove and a cut-in groove. CONSTITUTION:A hollow cylindrical parison 16 is molded with a heat-molten synthetic resin and the low end of the parison 16 is tightly closed by pinching it with a pair of opening-and- closing metal mold main bodies 9. The parison 16 is expanded by blowing compressed air in it and is molded along the cavity 11 in the metal mold main body 9 to prepare a bottle. After a filling liquid is poured, an open end of the bottle is sealed by the head mold 10 set at the upper part of the metal mold main body 9 to complete a bottle pack 1. A cavity 11 corresponding to the bottle pack 1 is set in the metal mold main body 9 and a projection of up-and-down direction corresponding to a cut-in groove is formed in the metal mold main body 9' only. Two line projections 12 corresponding to V-letter shaped grooves 6 of a bottle- opening part 3 formed in the cavity 11 and a cavity 13 corresponding to an upper one half of the bottle opening part 3 is formed in the head mold 10. The parison 16 is molded along the cavity 11 of the metal mold main body 9 and the parison 16 pushed by the projection 12 flows into the part of the bottle opening knob 7 to mold the bottle-opening knob 7. |
