PURPOSE:To make it possible to cover both the front and the back parts with the same outer skin material, by applying an adhesive on a cushion body or the outer skin material and by adhering the cushion body with the outer skin materials by pressing them in a press mold. CONSTITUTION:A cushion body 4 consists of a back resting part 4a and side supporting parts 4b rising frontward from both right and left sides of the back resting part 4a and thus forms a down-and-up shape. An adhesive 5 is applied on the front surface of the cushion body 4 to adhere an outer skin material 9 with the cushion body 4. Adhesion of the unnecessary parts and uneven adhesion are prevented by temporarily deactivating the adhesive strength of the adhesive after coating. The cushion body 4 coated with the adhesive is inserted into the opening part of the lower end of the outer skin material 9. The front part 1 of the outer skin material9 and the front side of the cushion body 4 are adhered together with the adhesive by pressing them in a press mold. When a hot melt adhesive is used, the press is carried out by heating the adhesive. It is possible thereby to adhere tightly the outer skin material 9 with the cushion body 4 along the down-and-up shape and to remove remarkably the limitation of the design. |
