PURPOSE:To obtain optimum drinking water, by mounting a cooling apparatus, an ozone supply apparatus and a water activating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:In a drinking-water apparatus consisting of a water tank 10, a cooler 20, an ozone feeder 30 and a water activating device 40, the cooler 20 is arranged to the lower part of the water tank 10. The cooler 20 is controlled to predetermined cooling temp. by a thermostat. The ozone feeder 30 includes an ozone generator 31 and ozone generated by the ozone generator 31 is fed to the air diffusing part 35 in the water tank under pressure along with air by a pump 32 through a tube 36. The water-activating device 40 is equipped with mineral stones 45 which are arranged around the air diffusing part 35 so as to be sufficiently contacted with ozone diffused into water from the air diffusing part 35 in the water tank 10. By this method, drinking water having good drinking feeling is obtained.
