PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate measured value eliminating interference between measuring systems, by making the signal frequency of low frequency circuits equal in the measuring systems. CONSTITUTION:Squid elements in measuring systems of X, Y and Z axes respectively are housed in one cryogenic container. Any frequency of low frequency signals applied to the squid elements, RF amplifiers, synchronous rectifiers and the like of the measuring systems is made equivalent to the frequency of a low frequency signal generated from an AF reference oscillator 2X to allow the driving of the SQUID elements and the like at the same frequency thereby eliminating interference.
