PURPOSE:To change a voltage division ratio to detect plural voltages by feeding back contents of a comparison output storage part to a voltage dividing part of the input. CONSTITUTION:When a comparison output storage part 10 is cleared in the system initial state, contents of the cleared output storage part 10 are discriminated by a division ratio setting control part 11 to issue a control signal which sets setting variable switches of a variable voltage dividing part 7 to the initial state, and the voltage detection value is initialized in these procedures. When the voltage of a voltage line 6' to be detected reaches the detection value after initialization, a detection signal is issued from a comparing part 8 and is taken into the comparison output storage part 10 capable of successive storage, and the control output of the division ratio setting control part 11 is changed in accordance with the change of stored contents, and turn-on/off of setting variable switches of the variable voltage dividing part 7 is changed to set the next voltage detection value. This operation is repeated to change the voltage detection level in order. Thus, plural voltage levels can be detected.
