PURPOSE:To enable accurate transmission of a load to a piezoelectric element regardless of the size and the shape of an object to be measured and the position of placing it on a plate, by applying the theory of leverage for a mechanism for transmitting the load from the object being measured to the piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing device 4 is provided on a piezo-electric element 1 to pressurize the piezo-electric element 1 by an external force received. Three beams 6a-6c the same in the length provided radially centered on the pressurizing device 4 are inserted horizontally into a shaft section 5 formed at the upper part thereof 4 alternately through O-rings 7 and 8. On the other hand, the other ends of the beams 6a-6c are each retained movably at a beam support section 10 made of an L-shaped metal plate securely welded on a cooking chamber bottom plate 9. The beams 6a-6c are provided with respective plate supports 12 extended from a plate support insertion hole 11 formed on the cooking chamber bottom plate 9 and a cooking plate 13 is provided thereon. With such an arrangement, the weight of an object to be cooked can be transmitted to the piezo-electric element 1 regardless of the position of placing the object being cooked on the cooking plate 13.
