PURPOSE:To improve the operability by making the moving direction of a mobile body coincident with the increase/decrease direction of the operating frequency. CONSTITUTION:In sliding upward an operation board 32, when the board 32 is depressed to make phase sensors S0-Sn at corresponding position active, a motor 29 is reversed and a decremental pulse is sent to the terminal D of an up-down counter 8. In detaching the hand from the operation board, the mobile body is restored to the midposition by the energizing of springs 26, 26. In repeating the operation, a subtraction pulse is generated further.
