PURPOSE:To prevent a mover from being moved by impact through an external section, by making moment formed with a counter weight and a lever, equal to moment formed with the mover and the lever. CONSTITUTION:When specified current is fed to a linear pulse motor, then a mover 1 runs moving a lever 26 rotationally, and along with the rotation, a counter weight 22 is regulated by a groove 21 and at the same time, is moved in the direction opposite to the mover 1 and in parallel with the mover 1. If any impact through an external section is applied to the mover 1 when current is not fed to the linear pulse motor and the mover 1 is stopped, the same moment is generated at both end sections of the lever 26 and so the lever 26 is not rotationally moved. Accordingly, the mover 1 and the counter weight 22 do not move, and the mover 1 can be prevented from being moved due to impact.
