发明名称 OPTICAL ENCODER
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in the detection performance due to noise and to reduce manufacture and assembling man-hour by assembling concentrically a stator code plate and a rotary code plate, assembling them so as to face them in a light passing space of a detection structure and mounting a signal processing circuit onto the same device frame member as a photodetector. CONSTITUTION:The stator code plate 46 is bonded to a stator code plate mounting base 42 at first by the bonding method at manufacture and assembling of an encoder and then the base 42 is fitted to a bearing flange 12 of a rotary shaft 10. Further, a light emitting element 18 is fitted to a light emitting element mounting seat 24 of a device frame member 22, a hybrid printed board 30 is fitted to a circular seat 32 of a photodetector fitting seat 28 of a torus shape to form a photodetector structure 40. In this case, the hybrid printed board 30 is provided with pin holes or making lines in advance so as to attain the alignment between the light emitting element 18 and a photodetector array 20 without requiring special man-hour.
