PURPOSE:To prevent a glass from being frosted by applying a transparent film having a water pick-up layer which appears to be transparent when water is impregnated inside, on the inner surface of a window glass panel. CONSTITUTION:A transparent film 2 which is formed by applying a water pick-up layer 5 on the front surface of a transparent resin sheet 3, is applied on the inner surface of a front glass with adhesive 4. This configuration allows dew condensed on the front surface because of the dew-point to be absorbed into the water pick-up layer 5 followed by diffusion and gelation which appear to be transparent. Accordingly, this configuration prevents the glass from being frosted.
