PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a fine waste powder by destructing and homogenizing a central cavity part, by granulating a stock slip by a spray dryer and molding granulated particles into a flat shaped ones by a rolling roller while forming the plate shaped particles into granules by compression molding to prepare a coagulated granular ceramic stock material. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic stock slip is granulated by a granulating spray dryer 10 to form granulated materials 15 which are, in turn, fallen downwardly. These granulated materials 15 are crushed between rolling rollers 20 to mold flat plate shaped molded materials. The center cavity of each granulated material 15 is compressed and destructed and the granulated materials 15 are homogenized as a whole. Subsequently, the flat shaped molded materials 25 are molded into a granulated molded substances with a diameter of about 20-60mm by a compression molding machine 30 to obtain a granulated ceramic stock material for developing a spot pattern. Further, the rolling rollers 20 are constituted so as to be capable of adjusting the gap between the rollers in order to limit crushing pressure to adjust the water content of the molded materials. The outer peripheral surface of each roller is constituted of a ceramic material in order to prevent adhesion.
