PURPOSE:To facilitate the disposal of the tieback members when they are not required, by installing several pairs of tieback members consisting of two members in pairs which support the both sides of the lower part of the cylindrical load horizontally laid on the bed of a trailer so as to be operated in free appearance and disapperance and in free up-and-down turning in the recessed part formed onto the floor of the bed. CONSTITUTION:Several pairs of tieback members 4 consisting of parallel two stripes in pairs which are arranged in parallel in the direction of the axis line of the cylindrical load (a) horizontally set onto the bed 3 of a trailer 2 and set along the both sides of the lower-part circular surface of the load (a) are arranged onto the bed 3. The tieback member 4 is connected in free up-and-down turning through a hinge 7 onto the upper side edge of the recessed part 6 formed onto the floor 5 constituting the bed 3. When the tieback member 4 is lifted up, the horizontal plane 4a is received onto the floor 5, and when the tieback member 4 is fallen down, the horizontal plane 4a is set at equal plane to the floor 5, and the inclined surface 4b is attached and supported by the bottom 6a of the recessed part 6 on the inclined surface equal to the inclined surface 4b. Therefore, when the flat-shaped load is loaded, the tieback members 4 can be easily accommodated at the position suppressing obstruction.
