EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION CONTROLLER FOR DIESEL ENGINE

PURPOSE:To ensure the optimal combustion state of an engine by providing means for comparing between the actual combustion interval and the optimal combustion interval and means for correcting the setting level of EGR in corre spondence with the comparison results in a central controller. CONSTITUTION:Central controller M100 is provided with means M11 for setting the level of EGR and means M12 for producing a signal corresponding to said level. Comparing means M15 will compare the actual combustion interval detected through means M14 with the optimal combustion interval to be set through said means M13. Means M16 will correct the setting level of EGR in correspondence with the comparison results thus to feed a signal correspondening to the corrected level of EGR to means M12. Consequently, the optimal combustion state of engine can be ensured to prevent degradation of emission.
