PURPOSE:To obtain a composition of good storage stability, curable without sagging, capable of giving cured product of outstanding electrical properties, by blending epoxy compound, organoaluminum compound, specific organosilicon compound(s), polymerizable unsaturated group-contg. compound and a compound capable of generating radicals by light. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition curable by a combination of light irradiation and heating, can be obtained by blending, (A) an epoxy compound having in one molecule at least one epoxy group, (B) an organoaluminum compound, (C) either or both of organosilicon compound having in the molecule at least one hydrolyzable group directly bonded to silicon atom and organic compound having in the molecule at least one thermally decomposable group directly bonded to silicon atom, (D) a compound having in the molecule at least two polymerizable unsaturated groups and (E) a compound capable of generating radicals by light irradiation.
