PURPOSE:To ensure the detection of a full condition for a predetermined quantity of electronic parts as stored, by providing a detector for the part exposed at a trailing position. CONSTITUTION:When electronic parts 1 in a stick 3 have been shifted in a direction A to an insert opening by a pushing mechanism 7, an electronic part 1-n as one of the predetermined quantity of parts stored at a trailing end in the stick 3 is exposed on a guide 2, pushed out of the insert opening 4 of the stick 3. On the other hand, a detector 8 is fixed to the bottom of the guide 2 and located at the insert opening 4 of the stick 3. This detector 8 can detect said electronic part 1-n to be exposed, in such a way that detecting light as emitted at the time of driving the pushing mechanism 7 passes the guide 2 and is reflected by said part 1-n and the light so reflected is received through the guide 2.
