PURPOSE:To prevent 9 pressure-sensitive adhesive from excessively penetrating into a base to thereby reduce the quantity of the adhesive to be used, while keeping practically sufficient adhesion between the adhesive and the base, by providing a linear laminate layer composed of a synthetic resin between a penetrable base and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A release layer 2 is provided on one side of a base 1 and a linear laminate layer 4 composed of a synthetic resin is provided on the other side thereof. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed on the surface of the laminate layer 4. As the synthetic resin, polyolefins are preferred. Pref. width l of the laminate is 1-2mm and the distance d between adjoining laminates is 1-2mm. As the base, porous ones which allow pressure-sensitive adhesives to penetrate therethrough are used. Examples of the base are paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric and porous film. Examples of the adhesives are pressure- sensitive adhesives and heat-sensitive adhesives such as rubber, acrylic and vinyl ether adhesives.
