PURPOSE:To remove fine foreign matters from night soil with high efficiency by passing urine utilizing pressure through a screen having fine mesh which is cleaned automatically in a closed chamber and separating foreign matters and solid in the urine to an extent permitting effective digestion. CONSTITUTION:When an impeller 10 provided with a scavenging member 11 in a primary chamber 3 is revolved by a revolving means 8, 9, and night soil contg. crushed foreign matters is fed to a feeding port 4 with a crushing pump, the night soil is introduced into the primary chamber 3 where solid matters and paper fibers are disintegrated by the stirring effect of the impeller 10. The night soil contg. disintegrated solid matters and fibers, etc., is introduced into a secondary chamber 6 through a screen plate 7, and discharged from a discharging port 12 of the secondary chamber 6 to the outside of the system. On one hand, foreign matters remaining in the night soil are introduced into the primary chamber 3, and projected simultaneously to the external periphery of the primary chamber 3 by the centrifugal force due to revolution of the impeller 10, and discharged to the outside from a discharging port 5.
