PURPOSE:To attain continuously processing such as the tabulation, rearrangement, etc. of files in each page even if files having discontinuous pages are constituted by constituting information in each page as a group defining each page as a member. CONSTITUTION:An operator inputs a command GRP from an input device 6. The command GRP is decided by a CPU 5 and the menu of a group is displayed on a display device 9. The operator inputs a display command to display a list of group information on the display device 9. The operator detects the group number of a required sales book and inputs a tabulation command. The CPU 5 recognizes the tabulation command and displays a message inquiring page specification or group specification on the display device 9. The operator specifies any one of the specifications. If the group specification is specified, the CPU 5 executes the command on the basis of the group specification, and in the other case, executes the command on the basis of the page specification.
