The present invention relates to a de-gassing device which is a part of a water treatment apparatus. The water treatment apparatus can collect water with oils or gas when passing an aquifer of the sea or rivers in a process of collecting crude oil or gas. In such a case, the de-gassing device separates the collected water to return to the sea or the rivers.
