Provided is an organic light-emitting device which improves efficiency and/or lifespan properties of the device. To this end, the organic light-emitting device includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode facing the positive electrode; a light-emitting layer provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; a first organic layer provided between the positive electrode and the light-emitting layer; and a second organic layer provided between the negative electrode and the light-emitting layer.
