According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell includes: a semiconductor substrate; a first conductive area with first conductivity and a second conductive area with second conductivity which are located on one surface side of the semiconductor substrate together; a first electrode connected to the first conductive area; and a second electrode connected to the second conductive area. A semiconductor material of the first conductive area and a semiconductor material of the second conductive area are different from each other. The solar cell can increase efficiency. |
