The present invention relates to a patch-type nail care device which increases surface intensity and minimizes particles. The patch-type nail care device comprises: a flexible thin plate layer having a plurality of protrusion units or dent units; and a first metal or a metal compound layer connected to an upper side of the protrusion units or an upper side of the thin plate layer excluding the dent units. In addition, the patch-type nail care device comprises: a back side support layer connected to a lower side of the thin plate layer; an adhesive layer connected to a lower side of the back side support layer; and a protective sheet layer connected to a lower side of the adhesive layer.
