The invention relates to a pressure-medium-operated cylinder/pump unit in which a drive motor is arranged, preferably axially, relative to an axial housing wall which contains, preferably axially, a pressure-medium pump, a control-valve device, a pressure-medium supply and compensation volume as well as a working piston with piston rod. In this arrangement, the pressure-medium pump pressure permits at least one stroke direction of the working piston. In one solution according to the invention, the drive-motor shaft is mounted in an axially displaceable manner for actuating the control-valve device. In the other solution according to the invention, at least one axial pressure-medium line, e.g. as a pipe, is arranged to run axially eccentrically in the cylinder tube in such a way that the at least one pressure-medium line passes in a sealed-off manner through fluid spaces of the unit arranged one behind the other as well as through at least the working piston. Additional, axial, correspondingly arranged pressure-medium lines are provided depending on the construction, one axial pressure-medium line preferably connecting the cylinder base to the cylinder cover. A space for producing an axial force at the piston rod against the at least one piston stroke direction which can be achieved by the pump pressure is also preferably arranged in the unit, this space preferably being provided in the hollow piston rod.
