The invention is a ventilation arrangement for preventing humid damages behind a moisture barrier, especially in a transition zone between a floor and a wall with a panel behind said moisture barrier, wherein the ventilation arrangement comprises : a hollow extended profile moulding for mounting along a sill along a wet utility room wall at the floor, wherein the profile moulding is arranged with a longitudinal shoulder arranged to support the lower edge of the panel, wherein the profile moulding is arranged with holes in an longitudinal ventilation duct formed under the longitudinal shoulder and above the floor and behind said moisture barrier, wherein said holes have their inlet from the longitudinal ventilation duct, wherein the moisture barrier covers at least a wide portion of the transition between said floor and the washroom wall, a vent connection for air from the profile moulding mainly by a vent pipe to a ventilation fan to an outlet. |
