<p>A unique series of N,N-dialkylaminoalkyl-hexahydro-5-oxo-1H-pyrrolizine-3-carboxamides are disclosed. These compounds are useful as agents for the reversal of amnesia. Intermediates for preparing the compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and methods for using the pharmaceutical compositions for treating senility and for the reversal of amnesia are described. </p> |
