PURPOSE:To securely fix a rotary body at a low cost while improve operation efficiency by drawing up said rotary body with a bolt which passes through the top of a casing and fixing said rotary body to the top of said casing. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 18 is made pass through a hole in the center of the top 1a of a casing 1, and its lower side is fixed to an upper bearing projection part 2b formed in the center of the rotary body 2 by means of screwing, driving in, clamping, etc. And, by tightening a nut 19, the rotary body is drawn up, and guided to a defined position by means of the conical parts 1c, 2a of both of the casing 1 and the rotary body 2, and fixed. Accordingly, the fixing of the rotary body 2 can be carried out simply and securely by means of only one bolt, effectively preventing unexpected damage of a bearing, etc. when a device is transported, while improving operation efficiency.
