PURPOSE:To carry out the coating of a lining material without being disturbed by a pressure receiving tool by forcing the pressure receiving tool, which is expanded and internally brought into contact with the pipe, through the pipe, sending a lining body into the pipe, and contracting the pressure receiving tool by pulling a drawing wire. CONSTITUTION:The pressure receiving tool 5 whose diameter is freely changeable and connected to the drawing wire 3 is put in a pipe 2, a pressure fluid is supplied into the pipe 2, the pressure receiving tool 5 is expanded and forced thorugh the pipe 2 while being internally brought into contact with the pipe, and the lining body 4 is sent into the pipe 2 along with the traveling. Then the pressure receiving tool 5 is contracted by pulling the drawing wire 3, and the lining body 4 is pulled out to coat the pipe. Consequently, since the inelastic drawing wire which is not hitched by the pipe is used, a lining having uniform thickness can be obtained with high reliability.
