PURPOSE:To prevent the amplitude of a clock signal output from being decreased by selecting the length of a strip line connecting semiconductor devices as a integer multiple (n) of a half of the guide wavelength lambdag caused by a clock frequency of a clock signal driving the semiconductor devices. CONSTITUTION:High speed IC1 and IC2 are connected by using the strip line 3 while a termination resistor 4 is connected to the input of the IC2. Let the length of the strip line be (l), then the length (l) is selected as an integral number (n=1,...) multiple of a half of the guide wavelength lambdag. Then the clock frequency f0 of the clock signal acting the ICs 1 and 2 is matched to the peak position of the gain and the peak point of a standing wave generated between the operating ICs is brought to a position 5 of the input pin of the IC2. Thus, the decrease in the clock output amplitude of the operating clock signal is prevented.
