PURPOSE:To speed up an input/output operation from/to terminal equipment in low speed line by compressing a data to be sent at a host side, demodulating a data sent from a terminal equipment side, demodulating the data sent from the host at the terminal equipment and compressing the data to be sent. CONSTITUTION:An input/output analyzer 11 analyzes a data obtained at the side of the host 10 and a data compressor 12 at the host 10 compresses the analyzed data. Then the compressed data is sent to a communication equipment 24 at a terminal equipment 20 through a communication equipment 14 and a line 30 at the side of the host 10. A data demodulator 23 at the terminal equipment 20 receives a reception data from the communication equipment 24 at the terminal equipment 20, the data is demodulated and the demodulated data is sent to an input/output data analyzer 21.
