发明名称 MICROPROGRAM CONTROL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect a fault in an early stage by generating affixed pattern as an output and continuing an execution without looping by a fixed address of a control storage, when a microprogram (MP) is not operated, making only a checking function effective in the control storage, and successively diagnosing the control storage by a read-out data. CONSTITUTION:When an MP is not operated, a controlling circuit 8 sets an idle display F/F 5, and an MP control device is set to a non-operating state. When the F/F 5 is set, a control data switching circuit 7 is switched so as to output a fixed pattern, an instruction to a part to be controlled is inhibited, and simultaneously, a read-out address selecting circuit 6 selects a scan address register (SAR) 4. On the other hand, the SAR 4 is brought to an increment by +1, when a value of the F/F 5 is '1', an address is updated, and the contents of a control storage 1 are read out successively to a register 3, and checked by the register 3.
