PURPOSE:To easily set the resonance frequency at a prescribed level by forming plural controllable pads within the strip line of a capacity element set near the position where the strip lines of both capacity and inductance elements are connected with each other. CONSTITUTION:The reactance controlling pads 5 provided within the strip line of a capacity element 2 are set symmetrically to each other at the place near the connecting position with the strip line of the element 2 on the basis of the center line of an inductance element 3. If the prescribed value is not obtained for both elements 2 and 3 when a strip line is formed, the resonance frequency has a difference from a prescribed level. In such a case, the pattern formed at the pad part is corrected and the strip line length of the element 3 is changed for correction of the inductance value. Thus the resonance frequency can be set at a prescribed level.
