PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for the cutting and shortening operation of placing tube by providing an outer placing tube through a water-sealing device to the lower part of an inner placing tube in a freely sliding manner. CONSTITUTION:Ready-mixed concrete is released from the lower end of an outer placing tube 2 through an inner placing tube 1 from a hose 10 to form a concrete-placed portion 40. When the surface of the concrete rises and the discharge port of the outer tube 2 is buried, the wire rope 6 of a winder 3 is wound up to pull up the outer tube 2 through a water-sealing device 20 for the outer tube 2 and a pulley 7 connected to the outer tube 2.
