PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of the solventless thermosetting resin being impregnated by a method wherein, after the thermosetting resin is impregnated in a coil formed with an insulating layer under a reduced pressure, a light-curing resin is sprayed on the surface under ultra-vilet irradiation to form a resin outflow preventing layer and thereafter, the preventing layer is heat-cured. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin is exemplified as one of the resins being used most suitably as a solventless thermosetting resin and is used in combination with an amine curing agent, an acid anhydride curing agent and a curing accelerating agent. Maleic anhydride, malelic tetrahydrophthalic acid and so on are used as the acid anhydride curing agent, while a polymer or premolymer having two pieces or more of unsaturated groups respectively in its moleculels is used as a light-curing resin, yet ones having a photopolymerizable crosslinking group each at their molecular terminals are desirable. for example, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid esters of such molecular terminal hydrooxyl group polyester oligomer as ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and propylene glycol dimethacrylate are exemplified.
