PURPOSE:To lower installation and operation costs, by providing a sampling pipe sucking final stage brine through a connection pipe communicating a high pressure upper stage liquid phase and a low pressure final stage liquid phase in a bypassing manner and the ejector inserted in the connection pipe. CONSTITUTION:The initial stage 6 and final stage 3 of a desalting apparatus are connected in a bypassing manner. There is pressure difference between the first stage 6 and the final stage 3: brine flows to a communication pipe 1 by said pressure difference and an ejector is operated. The liquid phase brine of the final stage 3 is sucked in the ejector 2 through an analyser 5. By this method, the brine of the final stage is sampled without using an expensive vacuum pump and operation cost can be lowered.
