PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the consumped amount of fuel by measurement only by a meter in a supply side, by performing both of operation preventing gas from flowing in the supply side and gas venting operation by a single body. CONSTITUTION:The lower valve seat 2 of the fluid supply flow passage 1 connected to a flowmeter 12 and the upper valve sea 4 of a gas return outlet flow passage 3 are mounted in the valve chamber 5 of the main body casing provided to the downstream passage of the flowmeter 12. The exhaust pipe 13 connected to the upper valve seat 4 is connected to a fuel tank 9 and a float valve 6 is mounted between the upper and lower valve seats and a return inlet flow passage 7 is provided to the side part of the valve chamber 5. Because of this structure, a return side fluid is not returned to the fuel tank 9 but guided to the valve chamber 5 and again sent to an engine part 1 along with the fluid in the fluid supply flow passage 1 while being degassed. By this method, accurate measurement can be performed by measuring the flow amount only in the supply side.
