PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the operation of the facsimile by providing the means to detect other facsimile in the empty condition based upon the transfer information and transfer this, and the means to inform the facsimile of the inherent address of the transfer destination when the transfer is executed. CONSTITUTION:Between a public communicating line switching network 3 and respective facsimiles 5-8, a facsimile distributing control equipment 4 is inserted and arranged, and by the facsimile distributing control equipment 4, respective facsimiles 5-8 are changed over and controlled. The facsimile distributing control equipment 4 is provided with a line changing-over part 11 to change over the connection between the public communicating line switching network 3 and respective facsimiles 5-8, an incoming/outgoing supervising part 12 to detect the outgoing from the facsimiles 5-8 and the incoming from the line switching network 3, a line condition monitor part 13 to detect and monitor the facsimile in use in the facsimiles 5-8 and the condition of the thin line, a transferring destination memory part 14 to store the priority level of the data receiving in respective facsimiles 5-8 and the relation of the mutual division of other facsimiles 5-8 and so on.
