摘要 PURPOSE:To improve yield as well as product strength by providing the end of a molding die, on the side in a direction to which infiltration of a molten matrix is allowed to proceed, with many holes and by degassing from the inside of a fibrous preformed body and also discharging the part, of said molten matrix, which is poured in the early stage and changed in composition by the reaction with fibers, by means of above-mentioned holes. CONSTITUTION:The end of the molding die 11, on the side in the direction to which infiltration of the molten matrix 16 is allowed to proceed, is provided with the many holes 15 and then the fibrous preformed body 14 is placed in the above molding die 11. In the above condition, the molding die is heated to a prescribed temp. into which the molten matrix is poured. Subsequently, on pressurization by allowing a pressurizer 19 to descend, the molten matrix 16 is infiltrated into the preformed body 14 from the upper to the lower end thereof. At this time, air in the preformed body 14 is discharged via the holes 15 and the part 17, of the molten matrix 16, which is poured in the early stage and changed in composition by the reaction with the preformed body 14 is discharged via the holes 15 as well.
