PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a coupling base plate, by sticking central conductors to electrodes after the central conductors are inserted into internal conductors of coaxial dielectric resonators. CONSTITUTION:Coaxial dielectric resonators 21-23 have a cylindrical shape and are provided with internal conductors 24-26 and external conductors 27-29, respectively. A coupling base plate 30 made of ceramics is provided with electrodes 31-33 on the rear surface and electrodes 34-35 on the surface. Central conductors 36-38 are stuck to the electrodes 31-33 on the rear surface of the base plate 30 by means of a conductive adhesives after the front ends of the central conductors 36-38 are inserted into the internal conductors 24-26 so that they can be connected with the conductors 24-26. An input and output terminals 39 and 40 are connected with the electrodes 34-35 on the surface of the base plate 30.
