PURPOSE:To make continuous diagnosis with exposure minimized possible and improve image quality by limiting irradiation of X-ray in a region less than an X-ray diagnostic region, and synchronizing the limited X-ray region with the region of two dimensional X-ray signal to be converted. CONSTITUTION:An irradiation region limiting means C4 limits X-ray irradiation region in X-ray irradiation part C1, and irradiates X-ray only in a narrow region less than an X-ray diagnostic region AR. A synchronous means C5 synchronizes the X-ray irradiation region from the irradiation part C1, which is limited by the means C4, with a region to be converted from the X-ray signal into an image signal by an image signal conversion part C2. Thereby, continuous diagnosis is made possible with exposure minimized, and at the same time scattered X-ray is removed and image quality is increased.
