PURPOSE:To reduce the constitution cost of the entire system and to prevent malfunction by providing a line control section generating a required control signal such as a line switching command into a line changeover device. CONSTITUTION:The line control section 43 is provided in the line changeover device 40a. The line control section 43 inputs directly a line data from a bus 11 of a CPU (1) or a bus 12 of a CPU (2) via a line control section (1) 21, a line connection device (1) 31 or a line control section (2) 22 and a line connection device (2) 32, decodes the data, sends a line switching command to a changeover control section 42a to command the line changeover to a changeover section 41. Further, the section 43 inputs a state signal of the changeover section 41 from the changeover control section 42 and sends a status signal to the line connection device (1) 31 or the line connection device (2) 32 at the CPU side.
