PURPOSE:To develop larger atomizing capacity without requiring a special pressure feed system, by connecting a liquid feed means and an ultrasonic vibration generating means to a toroidal body functioning as an atomizing vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A liquid to be atomized such as fuel supplied to a liquid feed means 8a through the piping connected to a liquid storage tank under gravity or by the aid of a simple auxiliary pressing means flows out from the liquid feed port 1b of a liquid feed means (a) positioned at the inner peripheral surface 5a of a toroidal body 5 and diffused while adhered to said inner peripheral surface 5a. Because the toroidal body 5 as a vibrator is mounted to the cone 1 of an ultrasonic vibrator, by receiving microvibration of an extremely short cycle transmitted from said vibrator, the liquid receives vibration force having strong energy density while the diffusion is further accelerated to be scattered toward a space in a mist form.
