PURPOSE:To prevent the stop of integration operation and data erasure due to mis-operation of an integration control key by using an integration control means to apply integration control in response to the operation content of an integration control key when the confirmation is applied while guidance information is displayed. CONSTITUTION:When the user operates an integration control key at the standby state of a control circuit 5, the control circuit 5 reads a guidance from a character code memory 10 and displays it on a display device 11. When the user operates a confirmation key within a prescribed time, the circuit 5 turns off the display of the guidance information of the display device 11, transfers the content of the integration memory 7 to erase the content of the memory 7. When the integration control key is operated by the user after erasure, the circuit 5 restarts the count of the talking time and the integration of the talking charge and the state is restored to the initial state.
