PURPOSE:To facilitate the recording/detection of information and to save power by driving an air control means through the operation of a drive source and facing the nozzle linked thereto on the surface of the information recording medium thereby removing dusts on the information recording medium. CONSTITUTION:An information processing section 5 is moved to a desired position on an information disk 3 to detect or record the information. In this case, the air sucked from a suction hole 13 by a blade wheel 11 driven by the drive source 2 of the information disc 3 is jetted onto the information disc 3 from the nozzle 16 through an exhaust 14 and a tube 15 to blow out and clean the dusts on the information disk 3 detected or recorded by the information processing section 5.
