PURPOSE:To facilitate the loading of an energizing means by providing a couple of notches being notches of upper end face and a rear face wall of a sliding body while being opposed mutually to the rear end face of the sliding body and the rear face wall of a lower half opposed to the rear end face. CONSTITUTION:A couple of notches 28, 29 opposed to the rear end face 17a at the opposite side of locking claws 22, 23 of the sliding body 17 and the rear face wall 3b of the lower half 3 opposed thereto are provided at the midpoint of both guide walls 19, 20 while cutting off the upper end face 3c of the upper end face 17b and the rear face wall 3b of the sliding body 17. Both ends of a compression spring 21 are clipped by using spring loading members 30, 31 against the spring force, carried to the upper side of a prescribed position and then inserted between the rear end face 17a of the slider 17 and the rear face wall 3b of the lower half 3 while being descended. In widening gradually the interval of spring loading members 30, 31, the slider enters the notches 28, 29 respectively and both the ends of the compression spring 21 is pressed into contact with the rear end face 17a of the sliding body 17 and the rear face wall 3b of the lower half 3 respectively. In elevating the spring loading members 30, 31, the loading of the compression spring 21 is finished.
