PURPOSE:To execute exactly a collection without breaking down a capillary and without causing the variation of a collection area, by inserting and fixing a cylindrical collecting tube to a capillary aperture end part, and thereafter, scraping a sticking material by washing it from a collecting window, attracting and collecting it, and thereafter, separating and weighing it. CONSTITUTION:In the condenser chamber of a vapor turbine, etc., a cylindrical collecting tube 1 is inserted into a capillary aperture end part, and fixed by a fixing plate 2. Subsequently, by holding a collecting nozzle 8 and a washing bottle 16, and extruding a washing water from a nozzle 17, the sticking material existing in the collecting window 3 is scraped by a claw 9, and the washing water and the sticking material are collected to a collecting bottle 11 by the action of a vacuum pump 15. Thereafter, the attachment in the collecting bottle 11 is taken out by being filtered and dried, and weighing is executed. Also, a pen light having a watertight structure is inserted and fixed to the other end of the collecting tube 1 so that the vicinity of the collecting window 3 can be illuminated.
