PURPOSE:To heat up uniformly a synthetic resin material for molding with a simple mechanism by providing a heating bar with built-in heater at the core section of cylinder and installing a nozzle vertically to the axis at a position close to the heating bar support section of cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A band heater 4 to heat up and plasticize a synthetic resin material is wound around the cylinder 1, and the heating bar 8 with built-in heater 9, supported at the end on the opposite side of supply inlet 2 of molding material positioned on the core of cylinder 1 and extending to the material supply inlet 2, is installed. Close to the supporting section of the heating bar 8 of cylinder 1, a cylinder head 10 with the nozzle 11 installed at an end is provided vertically to the axis of cylinder 1, and the synthetic resin material supplied from the material supply inlet 2 is injected vertically to the axis of cylinder 1. When the hydraulic mechanism 19 is actuated, the plunger 5 being fit into the heating bar 8 slides in the cylinder 1 and the synthetic resin material, supplied from the material supply inlet 2 and plasticized by heating up with the band heater 4 and the heating bar 8, is injected from the nozzle 11 to a fixed type sprue.
