PURPOSE:To eliminate the water leak potential by manufacturing a cylindrical water-wheel type generator in an integral structure and removing a division connection part. CONSTITUTION:A simple vessel 2 is installed through a cylindrical stay 7 over a cylindrical water wheel type generator 1 which is assembled integrally, and a cabin 3 for ocean and river navigation, engine generator 4 for emergency use which is supplied for power station, and a motor-driven pump 5 are installed onto the vessel 2. Further, a hydraulic motor 6 for drive is installed at the shaft edge of the cylindrical generator 1, and a propulsion force is obtained by reversely revolving a water-wheel runner 14 by utilizing the pressurized oil supplied from the hydraulic pump on the vessel.
