PURPOSE:To easily distinguish an original static picture part from a drawing part added and corrected during a conference by forming a storage device for storing static picture data inputted from a static picture input device and the drawing data added and corrected by a drawing picture input device. CONSTITUTION:Control information such as a frame identifier (FID), a storage address (SAD) and page control (PAGE) and image information such as static picture data and drawing picture data are stored in an identifier detecting part 612 from a control device 900. In case of writing of the static picture data or the drawing picture data, the data with control information such as the page control is sent from the detecting part 612 to a buffer part 613. while absorbing a difference between a transfer speed and a writing speed of a storage part 614, the buffer part 613 sends and writes the static picture data or the drawing picture data to/in the storage part 614. In case of reading, the buffer part 614 reads out data while absorbing the difference between the reading speed and the transfer speed.
